December 2025 Navigation Update: What’s Changing

Last updated: December 18, 2025

We’ve redesigned our sidebar navigation to make it easier to find the insights you’re looking for.

More space 🪐

We’ve clawed back some horizontal real-estate, giving more room for the reports you care about. We’ve also added support to collapse the nav bar when you need even more breathing room.

More discoverable search 🔍

It used to get lost at the bottom of our old navigation. Now it’s more visible and supports cmd+k short key 🙂

Clearer structure for faster navigation 📦

Our goal was for related content and metrics to sit together. The first section is for pages that span all the kinds of insights we offer. The second section is a more organized section for our insights. We’ve renamed the groups, but the underlying reports, data, and workflows remain the same.

  1. AI Transformation: We’ve made it faster to access our more recent AI Impact and Utilization reports.

  2. Productivity: This was previously called Analytics. It still contains all the same reports across velocity, quality, and workflow metrics.

  3. Allocation: This was previously called Investment. It still contains all the same reports.

  4. Sentiment: This was previously called Surveys. It still contains the same content.

And the third section at the bottom contains things that you don’t necessarily frequent, but should still be within arms reach.

Consolidated Teams & People page 👥

These two pages showed the same data, just different cuts (by individuals or by teams). So we’ve consolidated them into on page called Organization with a simple toggle to switch between the cuts.

No disruption

All URLs redirect seamlessly. All your saved views stay the same. No loss of functionality, just better navigating 😉
